I am a retired school teacher where I met my first parrot, a blue and gold macaw. I reside in Ohio with my family and currently do foster care for NKPR

Gina Daily, president and Dylan Daily, treasurer. A mother and son team dedicated

to managing this 501c3 rescue. The entire family is involved in care and maintenance including daughters Samantha and Sabrina. My oldest son Derrick and husband Sam of 22 years. The entire staff listed below are the core of NKPR!

We have adopted several parrots and currently do foster care for NKPR in Northern Kentucky.

Vice-president position is open

2006: Northern Kentucky Parrot Rescue began with our first parrot named Rocky, an African grey

2007:  Became a registered facility. We grew our volunteer base and business to serve a larger number of parrots. In that long period of time we also formed solid board members and By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation.

 2014: Certified with the Kentucky Secretary of State as a Non-profit 501(c)3
